Reconstruction of the ammonia compressor station
In 2011 the ammonia compressor was overhauled (two film evaporators [OMEGA, the Netherlands] of 1603 kW power each were installed) with computer control, automation and a tracking system.
Factory power supply
The factory's electrical supply comprises two 10-kV lines with installed power of 3000 kW.
Following reconstruction of the factory in 2011, including a full overhaul of all production areas and premises, replacement of communication and technical pipelines, and installation of new air exhaust ventilation for workshops and sections, all significant wiring and switchboards were replaced along with full reconstruction for the compressed air station (air compressor of 16 m per minute power).

Processes have been modernised with the installation of automated control and process systems. An automated and centralised four-circuit washing system for all technical equipment has also been installed.
Reconstruction of the enterprise was carried out in 2011
In 2017 new APV (Danish) pasteurising machines were installed
  • Nanofilters for concentration and partial demineralisation of salted whey powder from GEA (Denmark) and retrofitting of an А1-ORCh spray dryer
  • A heat and cold recuperation system for pasteurisation and refrigeration of whey and milk

The factory is provided with all technical equipment and warehouse areas
permanent land use including five hectares surrounding the factory, wastewater treatment facilities of 44 hectares (bioponds – 12 units), two artisanal wells of depth 435 m and rate of 60 m3 for each factory area and two artisanal wells of depth 270 m with rate of 60 m3 per hour for each 0.7-hectare area of the factory. The territory has two reinforced concrete tanks for artesian water of 500 m3 each.
Total property complex area of 14,614 m2
Business area is surrounded by fencing. Entry onto the property is via a gate equipped with a checkpoint.
